We made a fiberglass seat pan that matched the template
provided by the customer. |

The foam is cut to the approximate shape and bonded to the
pan. |

The shape of the seat starts to take place as we sculpt the
foam into the desired shape. |

Rather than sitting on hard foam (like most stock seats),
the center of the seat is cut out to get ready for a gel pad and
different density foam. |

This customer wanted a vibration reducing gel pad.
Here you see the gel pad has been cut for a custom fit.
What you don't see is 1" of softer foam under the gel
pad. This seat is going to be COMFORTABLE! |

The preliminary dacron cover combined with 1/4" of foam
helps to keep the gel from getting hot and holds the seat
together while waiting for the final covering. |

The seat cover has been custom stitched. Joe demonstrates
the alligator insert, exactly what the customer wanted! |

A front on view of the seat. Look at the details...
the stitching is perfect. The buttons even look like the alligator's
eyes. |

A side profile view of the finished seat. A one of a
kind beauty that is a perfect fit to the bike. |
