We built him the seat but added a lot more details than he
was originally asking for.

We wrapped the tank in leather and stitched a spiderweb
design. Check out all the stitching.

We built a spiderweb accent panel to compliment the flowing
lines of this radical chopper styled trike.

The fenders are stitched in a scalloped
pattern then wrapped in leather. The side panels have a
windswept look to the web.

The installed seat and accent panels. We
carpeted the passenger foot rests.

The rear seat is deeply rolled and pleated.
The spider web continues across the backrest. We thought that a
dagger would complete the look.

A view from the rear with all the brake and
tail light wiring routed inside the leatherwork.

How we made the
wildest trike.... |

We boxed the frame with plywood.

You can see the steel seat framing.

We began cutting the plywood into our wild spiderweb design.

Most of the cuts have been made. It is really taking
shape now.

The view from the front.

...and a view from the rear. We had to incorporate the
wiring for the brake and tail light assemblies.

We started to apply the foam padding. Note the cutout
for the suicide shifter that will be incorporated into the
drivers seat.

Shaving the foam for a perfect fit.

We sculpted the drivers seat foam into a 3-dimensional
spiderweb.

Grinding the foam is a messy job but the results are
spectacular!

All the foam is in place. Ready for stitching and covering.

A trial fit. This machine is as comfortable as
it is wild.

The seat panels were designed, cut, and
stitched.
