A customer sent us a cardboard and duct tape model of what they wanted.  From this, we made a fiberglass seatpan and then began creating the seat.  The foam was cut and sculpted to match the customer's design.  Once the seat had taken shape, we cut the ostrich print material to fit then stitched a perfect fitting seat cover.  The finished seat exceeded the customer's expectations!
