Bourget bikes are known all over the country as some of the highest powered production machines.  All-Nu rebuilds one of their seats.  

Jay Downey came up to us at one of the bike shows.  He wanted to know if we could rebuild a seat for him.  He said that his seat was tired, torn, and not very comfortable.  We told him that we would take care of him.

Jay brought us his seat, we kept the pan and built everything new from there.  (original foam on left)

Here is the finished seat with the graphics.  It is a perfect fit.
